Do you offer a Pro discount?
We don’t have a Pro discount because we are only a small business so instead, we offer the best prices we can. More often than not, our prices are comparable to buying directly from TML without the international customs and shipping costs (when you convert the prices from US to Aussie dollars).
The product I want says "sold out", will you be restocking it?
Yes, we are doing our best behind the scenes to fulfil orders for our customers, though due to the global situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays and disruptions that are affecting getting stock here. We will always try to sort something out for you if we can, please email us and we will do our best.
If you are out of stock, can I place a back order?
If an item you are looking for is out of stock, please email us and we will see what we can do. If we are unable to accommodate what you are after immediately, we will ensure it is included in our next order.
We use Sendle couriers for most of our deliveries and on the odd occasion, Australia Post. Before placing any order please note that all orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days. We have all of our shipping policies here if you can't see what you are searching for.
We have free shipping within Australia only.
Shipping to New Zealand is through Sendle or Australia Post (whichever gives us the best price for you). Shipping charges (for international orders) are non refundable. The cost of shipping internationally is the responsibility of the buyer, and all rates for international shipping are subject to change without notice.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Australia and over to New Zealand only. For New Zealand deliveries, please email us and we can obtain a quote from Sendle/Australia Post to get your parcel to you. As an indication, postage is approx $100AU to get a Starter Kit with a Suction Mount or Ez Clamp to New Zealand. Any overcharges for postage are refunded. PLEASE NOTE: That the customer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply upon delivery/receipt of order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once we book your goodies in with Sendle (or drop them off to Australia Post), you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will generally happen within 1 business day of receiving full payment. NOTE: Please check your “spam” or “junk” email folder as tracking emails tend to get filtered there.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, original shipping charges (if applied) will not be refunded. Please read our full returns policy here.

Will there be sales tax on my order?
No, There are no additional taxes applied to your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard via Shopify, ZipPay, PayPal and direct Bank Deposit. If you would prefer to pay via direct debit, please email us and let us know what you would like to purchase and pay for via direct deposit and we will email you an invoice and our bank details. Direct debit can take up to 48 business hours to process (through the banks), and once cleared, your goods will be on their way to you.
