Returns Policy


Returns by you for faulty or damaged products.

 1.    If you wish to return faulty or damaged product we will happily exchange the faulty item on the following terms:

2.   If an item is received as faulty you must advise us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

3.   We will make arrangements for the return of the faulty item with the customer if necessary.

4.   When returning a faulty or damaged product you must provide us with proof of purchase.

Returns By You for Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) due to a change of mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process.

1.   Notify shop@francesfrasermakeup.com by email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

2.   Return the product within 14 days of purchase.

3.   The returned product must be in its original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition and include proof of purchase.

4.   You are responsible for the costs of returning the product(s). Frances Fraser Makeup is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping process. It is recommended that you insure any returned product(s) for the value of their original sale costs against damage or loss during shipping.

5.   Upon receipt of the returned product in a re-saleable condition, we will refund you the purchase price of the product back through your original payment method within 28 days.  We will not refund you for any shipping costs.

6.  This policy does NOT apply to sale items.

7.  Change of Mind Returns are not permissable if you fail to contact shop@francesfrasermakeup.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, and fail to return the goods back within 21 days of purchase.
