Shipping Policy.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

The coronavirus pandemic has caused some delivery disruptions (reduced flights and increased demands on delivery services), please see our full COVID-19 shipping updates here. We use Sendle couriers for most of our deliveries and on the odd occasion, Australia Post. Before placing any orders please note that all orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Frances Fraser Makeup is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the courier, or dropped off to Australia Post. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your goods, and once it leaves our space, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. If you would like to have your package insured whilst it is being shipped to you, please email us here and we can organise this. The cost of insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. The price of insurance varies and will depend on the total cost of products bought. Orders that require insurance will not be dispatched until the insurance is paid for, in full (in some circumstances, this can take up to 48 business hours depending on your bank).

 

We offer free shipping within Australia only. Shipping charges (for international orders) are non refundable. The cost of shipping internationally is the responsibility of the buyer, and all rates for international shipping are subject to change without notice. PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply upon delivery/receipt of order. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, original shipping charges (if applied) will not be refunded. Please read our full returns policy here.

 

If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, please contact the service your parcel was sent through, with your tracking details. The service we use for your parcel will be emailed to you (either via Sendle (who email you with the tracking details) or by us with the Australia Post tracking details.)  More often than not, they will be able to located the package for you. Please note that Frances Fraser Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been picked up by the courier (or dropped off to Aus post).

**Be aware that orders are not shipped on weekends or NSW gazetted public holidays.
